An 1 hour class per week that provides an opportunity for parents and toddlers to enjoy a structures introduction to gymnastics fundamentals in a group setting!

An hour class per week that focuses on gymnastics fundamentals such as shapes, locomotion, and basic skills which build strength, balance, spatial awareness, and confidence!

An 1.5 class per week that incorporates gymnastics fundamentals into the fun of ninja training. Gymja's will climb ropes, swing on bars, complete obstacle courses, and learn tumbling techniques to enhance their agility and coordination!

A two hour class per week that focuses on progressive instruction for more advanced gymnastics skills. Gymnasts work on back handsprings, back hip circles, cartwheels on
beam, and much more!

The next level upon completing Advanced program.
2 hour class that meets twice a week and focuses
on more intense training, similar to the competitive level.
Gymnasts will be given the opportunity
to learn competitive level skills!

Our competitive programs have been developing skilled and dedicated athletes for over 20 years. This type of training focuses on building strength, technique, and confidence through structured training and competitions. Athletes are supported and challenged in a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages growth and excellence.
