Program provides an opportunity for a toddler with their parent to enjoy first introduction to structured physical activities in a group setting.
Beginner to intermediate. Co-ed Recreational programs that include various gymnastic apparatus with emphasis on step-by-step progression. Gymnasts will learn and develop new skills at individual rates: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, springs and swings along with basic balance, strength and flexibility skills.
A recreational class for boys and girls that class focuses on basic (yet essential) gymnastics shapes, locomotions and movements, which allows to develop strength, balance, springing and spatial awareness. A variety of modified and full-size equipment is used: MiniGymers learn their first gymnastics skills on bars, beam, trampoline and vault.
Progressive instruction of tumbling skills. In-floor Tumble-Trak and mini tramp will be used in this program. Previous gymnastics/acro experience is recommended.
Program provides progressive instruction of more advanced gymnastic skills building upon previously mastered basics. Gymnasts work on back handsprings, back hip circles, cart wheels on beam and many more cool skills. By coach invitation or try outs only.
Weekly class focusing on advancing to competitive program. Enrollment approval by try outs / invitation.
This class meets twice a week and focuses on a more intense training, similar to competitive level. Athletes will be given an opportunity to learn competitive level skills and routines. Previous participation in advanced classes is required. Enrollment approval by try outs/ invitation by coach.
A tumbling program for experienced athletes, who must be able to do: front/back walk overs and round-offs.
